In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning residential and/or commercial boiler systems according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Install new boilers and heating systems (gas, oil, or electric)Remove and replace old or defective boilersConnect boilers to water lines, gas lines, and electrical systemsTest and commission installations to ensure proper operationDiagnose and resolve installation-related issues on-siteMaintain accurate records of work completedFollow all safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulationsProvide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clientsCollaborate with team members and supervisors on project timelinesObey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
