At Aire Serv, Mr. Rooter and Dryer Vent Wizard, we are looking for more than just a “helper”; we are looking for a HVAC Solution Specialist. If you are a self-motivated "people person" who thrives on solving problems and helping homeowners improve their comfort quality, you belong on our team.

Why You’ll Want to Join Our Team

Our leadership team will provide a structured, professional environment designed for the serious professional whose integrity is unwavering:

·       Uncapped Earning Potential: Enjoy competitive pay plus aggressive performance bonuses, spiffs, and commissions. Your earning potential is in your hands.

• Respect for the Code: We don't cut corners. We provide the time and the training to ensure every repair and installation meets or exceeds safety regulations and codes.

·       Organization & Trust: We value our team members and don't micromanage. We do provide feedback and coaching to ensure we give you the tools, training and the ability to manage your customer relationship.

• Process & Results-Driven Environment: Our office team has your back. We use a proven service system that ensures you have all the information you need before you arrive at the job site. A branded company vehicle, a fuel card, and appropriate equipment so you can stay focused on the customers.
• Growth Opportunities: We’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just take a job. We offer meaningful growth opportunities for contributors who are ready to make a real impact on our future.

Your Responsibilities

• Precision Diagnostics: Use your HVAC knowledge to identify failures accurately. You’ll be the consultative expert who meets with the homeowners, explains the "why" and provides thoughtful system solutions, upgrades, improvements or replacement options, ensuring our customers have an educated understanding.

·       Build Lasting Rapport: Use your communication skills to turn a service call into a long-term relationship. You aren't just fixing a machine; you're helping a family.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential future issues, ensuring the long-term integrity of the customer's home.
• Professional Standards: Own the "Done Right Promise”. We expect a sharp image, a respectful attitude, and a workspace (and vehicle) that reflects your high standards.

How We Measure Your Success

• First-Time Fix Rate: Your success is defined by the absence of callbacks. We measure quality, not just quantity.
• Customer Satisfaction – You will be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Code Compliance: Following all safety protocols and building codes without exception.
• Revenue & Sales Metrics: We use a clear scorecard system so you always know exactly how you’re performing and how much you're earning.

Is This Job For You?

·       You are a Self-Starter: You enjoy the freedom of the road and the challenge of driving your own success.

• You are Patient: You stay calm and methodical, even when a "simple" repair turns into a complex puzzle.
• You are Competitive: You are motivated by goals and love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Hands on HVAC experience and or education in Residential or Commercial settings.
