Lead HVAC Install Professional / Mechanic – Aire Serv of East Raleigh

This role focuses primarily on residential installs with some light commercial projects. You’ll oversee and perform installations of:

• Split systems
• Ductwork
• Air handlers
• Furnaces
• Condensers
• Thermostats
• Indoor air quality products
• Smart home devices

We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill, leadership, and professionalism. In this position, you’ll mentor team members, uphold installation quality standards, and ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

What You’ll Do as a Lead Installer

• Deliver World-Class Installations – Provide customers with efficient, high-quality system installs they can rely on.
• Lead and Train Team Members – Mentor installers and helpers to improve technical skill and customer care.
• Test and Verify Performance – Perform system tests to ensure equipment runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.
• Educate Customers – Explain recommended maintenance, upgrades, and service plan options.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Uphold Aire Serv’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and reliability.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in residential HVAC installation (lead installer experience preferred)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other job-site conditions
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to craftsmanship

Pay & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and skill level, with higher pay scales for Lead Installers. Pay includes hourly and performance-based options, with additional earning potential through spiffs, commissions, and bonuses.
