At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull/Shelton, we're building a People First company where skilled plumbers are valued for their experience, craftsmanship, and contribution to the team.
We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to grow with a local company.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work
- Explain findings and present appropriate options to customers
- Identify additional plumbing and preventative needs
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Complete job documentation, photos, and approvals
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

$35–$45/hour, based on license, experience, and capabilities

What We're Looking For
- Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred
- Residential service and repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional customer communication
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Other relevant CT licenses, including P-6 and G-2, may be considered based on experience. Service Titan and residential service-pricing experience are a plus, but we'll train the right plumber on our systems.
