What You Will Do:
- Lead the design of industrial refrigeration systems for cold storage, food distribution, and food processing facilities.
- Develop and review refrigeration flow diagrams, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Perform refrigeration load calculations and equipment sizing analyses.
- Select refrigeration equipment, piping, valves, and controls for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design oversight to engineers and designers.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution.
What We Are Looking For:
- B.S. degree in Engineering.
- PE license preferred; EIT certification a plus.
- 8+ years of industrial refrigeration engineering and design experience.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, thermodynamics, piping, controls, and industry codes.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
